International Shipping & Liability

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once DHL Express confirms receipt of your package and it departs our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers entirely to DHL Express. At that point, DOMINATOR has no control over, and is not liable for, any delays, customs actions, carrier errors, lost or stolen packages, delivery refusals, or any other issues that may occur in transit or upon arrival in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information

Monitoring tracking and delivery updates

Complying with all local customs requirements

Paying any duties, taxes, or import fees

Contacting DHL Express directly for any delivery problems or claims after the package is accepted by the carrier

Domestic Shipping & Liability

All domestic orders from DOMINATOR Wax are shipped via FedEx/USPS, depending on the service determined as most appropriate for the order. Once the carrier (FedEx or USPS) confirms receipt of your package and it departs our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers entirely to the carrier. From that point forward, DOMINATOR Wax is not liable for any delays, misroutes, carrier errors, lost or stolen packages, delivery complications, or any other issues that may arise while the shipment is in the carrier’s possession or after delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete shipping information

Monitoring all tracking updates and delivery notifications

Ensuring the delivery location is secure and accessible

Contacting the carrier directly (FedEx or USPS) for any transit, claim, or delivery-related concerns once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
